Remodel the family bathroom
I was recommended Ben by a friend to remodel my bathroom. Ben and his team did a wonderful job. I had the whole bathroom stripped back to the bare walls and started from scratch. Ben was extremely helpful and patient while I made my choices. My ideas were listened to and alternatives were promptly discussed if something was not possible. Ben and the guys tidied up at end of each day, so no mess! There were no hidden extras along the way apart from my extra job list for other parts of the house, which Ben was happy to complete for me. Fitting new boiler with additional pipe work and removing original cold and hot water tanks
The work was in fact completed in 2½ days. All rubbish was removed and the house was left as tidy and clean as when the work was started. Ben and his two colleagues went the extra mile. We went away for the two days they were working and they came across several problems, where they used their initiative and sorted them. We are extremely pleased with the work done. They were courteous and considerate, and we wouldn't hesitate to ask them to do further work for us.

Ben is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. We wanted our bathroom updated (it was formerly a bedroom) and, despite spending months deciding what we wanted, we only had a hazy idea. Ben talked us through it and came up some stunning ideas we would never have thought of. Needless to say we are over the moon. Ben's team are well qualified and equipped and are competent in a wide range of contemporary plumbing and heating systems and practices as well as conventional ones. They gave sound and carefully considered advice about all aspects of the installation, which also included the renewal of the external water pipe work and mains drainage. The team were polite, honest, and reliable timekeepers, who ensured that the premises were left clean and tidy after the working day. Ben Todd does an excellent job, and I can recommend him most enthusiastically.

Leaking pipe / Leaking radiator.
Ben did a fantastic job. He also made sure all the pipes and taps in the house were ok, and other odd jobs around the bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble, very much appreciated.

Radiators and associated pipe work to new extensions
Ben is very proficient in his trade, very polite and clean worker. No hesitation in leaving him alone in our home. Ben also carried out other modifications to our heating system. We now use him for the annual boiler service.

Repair to leak in main bathroom and re-vamp of cloakroom
Ben is quiet, polite, conscientious and hard-working. He listened to our requirements and made suggestions. His initial job was to fix a leak in the main bathroom and renew the shower enclosure. We were so pleased with this job we asked Ben back to re-vamp the cloakroom. He works unobtrusively and his standard of work, which included a new sink and unit and tiling, was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to call him back for future work.

Pluming for a utility room and kitchen work
Ben arrived on time, communicated well throughout and worked hard. He was efficient and tidy as he worked and cleaned up well once he had finished. There were several extra things that came up along the way and Ben took them all in his stride. We trusted him implicitly and would have been happy to leave him in the house and found him to be both charming and polite. We would highly recommend Ben.

New boiler

Ben has just fitted and tiled the bathroom for me, I love it. My property is quite old and he came across some hidden problems behind tiles and plasterboard which he rectified and kept smiling! He is professional, he arrives when he says he will and is tidy and trustworthy. Will definitely recommend him.

All work has been completed to the highest standard, in a timely manner and at reasonable cost
Ben has carried out a number of jobs for us over the last couple of years including upgrading radiators, installing an evohome system, installing a new cloakroom suite and most recently a full revamp of the family bathroom.
